Martial arts training for adults should be without damage or injuryOne or Three Month Introduction

This program focuses on the foundations of Traditional Martial Arts as well as an introduction to all 8 Martial Arts, meditation, and several self-defense techniques. This training is ideal for individuals interested in experiencing the benefits of Traditional Moo Doe (martial arts) training while learning how the movements can be utilized as part of a long term strategy for overall well-being.

Black Belt Degree

Oom Yung Doe offers programs through which any individual has the opportunity to reach first or second degree black belt. These programs are approximately 30 months in length and follow the Traditional Moo Doe principles and developmental techniques that have been passed down over the centuries by Masters and Grandmasters of Traditional Moo Doe. Through the foundation development techniques, forms, correct herbal equipment use, and application of movements taught on this program, a student can reach a black belt level in all 8 traditional martial arts.

Championship Training

This is a personalized coaching program that incorporates powerful foundation level movements, which are tailored to the individual’s needs. Foundation movements enable a better understanding and a deeper absorption of the movements in order to quickly improve your condition, skill, and ability. The student’s strong and weak points are identified and the focus typically begins with the individual’s weakest points first. In a typical order of development, the practitioner first builds a proper foundation of strength, accuracy, timing, and control of the outer extremities, then, the focus is on the proper development (flexibility, position, control, timing etc.) of the upper, middle, or lower sections of the body. The final development is bringing the mind, body, and movement all together as one – connecting the inner core of strength to the outer extremities.
